What’s your turnaround / delivery window?
Wedding Photography: Typically 3-8 weeks for delivery. Portrait and Engagement Photography: Expect your photos within 2-4 weeks. Film Projects and Other Work: Turnaround times may vary depending on the project. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your cherished memories promptly while maintaining the highest quality standards. For those seeking a faster delivery option, we offer expedited services for an additional fee.
How many images will I receive?
The quantity of images delivered per shoot can vary, but as a helpful rule of thumb, anticipate receiving approximately 50-75 images per hour of shooting time. We strive to capture the essence of your special moments while curating a collection that showcases the highlights of your experience.
Do you serve beyond Virginia?
Yes, we do! While we primarily cater to couples in the DMV area, we are more than happy to travel beyond Virginia for destination weddings or other special events. We've had the privilege of capturing love stories across the country and even internationally. Just reach out to us with your wedding details, and we'll discuss any associated travel costs.
What is your travel policy?
We are based in Northern Virginia, serving the DMV area primarily. For weddings within a 50-mile radius of our location, there are no travel fees. For events outside this range, a travel fee will be applied, which covers transportation, time, and if necessary, accommodation. We always aim to provide the most cost-effective option for our clients and will discuss any travel costs with you in detail. We also have shooters on our team that based around MD, PA, NY areas as well.
Are there any limitations on how many locations we can cover on the wedding day?
There are no strict limitations on the number of locations we can cover on your wedding day. However, it's essential to keep in mind that the total coverage hours you've booked for the day will also count toward traveling between locations. To ensure we maximize our shooting time and capture all the moments you value, we recommend efficient planning and allocation of time for each location.
Do we need a second shooter?
- **Wedding Size**: If you're hosting a large wedding with many guests, a second shooter can be invaluable. With more people to capture, having an additional photographer/videographer ensures that more of your guests and their moments are documented.
- **Bridal Party Size**: A larger bridal party means more people to photograph and more individual moments to capture. While one shooter can be focused on the bride and groom, the second can capture the reactions and emotions of the bridal party, ensuring no moment goes unnoticed.

How does payment work?
For securing your wedding date, we require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% is due 1 month before the event. To offer flexibility, we also provide a payment plan option that begins with a 25% deposit. If you're interested in this or need further details, please inquire. Your wedding date is officially reserved only after a deposit has been made.
